Wilde Beissel von Schmidt is an owner-operated full-service agency for event management based in Berlin. Since 2004, we have been managing national and international conferences, meetings, gala evenings and receptions with guest numbers ranging from 50 to 3,000 attendees. Our services include: Consulting and conception, event design, production planning and implementation, guest and travel management including data protection, protocol and seating, hygiene and safety standards, graphics, evaluation and post-event follow-up.

Our aim is to organize sustainable events that use resources efficiently and responsibly. As “sustainability ambassadors”, every event should become an inspiring platform that encourages people to make more conscious decisions in order to shape a sustainable future together.

As a women-led agency, it is also particularly important to us to advise our clients with a focus on diversity in events and thus raise society’s awareness.
